Returns and Claims Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple and stress-free. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it and 30 days to return it, and we will credit the account, debit or credit card you used to make the purchase.

Non-defective goods

You are entitled to a full refund, and you would need to confirm within 14 days of receiving your order which you wish to return your order. If returning the purchase yourself, please send to one of the return addresses below along with a copy of the delivery note showing the order number and reason for the return, or alternatively place a detailed note inside the box.

The cost of return is paid by the sender so make sure to keep evidence of the cost and we will refund that along with the cost of the goods. If express delivery was requested when ordering, we will refund the carriage cost at standard delivery rate only. Customised products and hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returning for a refund

  1. Complete the online return form below.
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and clear instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and include a printed version of your order confirmation.
  4. Attach your chosen carrier’s label and include the RMA on the outside of your package.
  5. Ship to our location below.

As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed before contacting us.

Please note: Brand Addition cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit during the return process. If this occurs, you will need to file a claim directly with your chosen shipping carrier.

Defective goods

If your item is faulty, we’ll make it right. Contact us with evidence and we’ll arrange free collection. Refunds or replacements are guaranteed within the warranty period: 6 months from purchasing for UK customers and 12 months for EU customers. Watches are under warranty for 2 years.

If returning defective goods yourself, please send to one of the return addresses below along with a copy of the delivery note showing the order number and reason for the return, or alternatively place a detailed note inside the box. Keep evidence of the cost of the return and we will refund that along with the cost of the goods.
